Will the envelope show your company name?
No.
The envelope shows your name and your chosen return address — not ours.
Your mail will look exactly like you personally mailed it from the U.S
Can I use this service if I live outside the U.S.?
Yes — that’s exactly what it’s built for.
You can upload a document from anywhere in the world, and we’ll print & mail it from the United States.
What return address will appear on the envelope?
Whatever you enter.
You choose the sender name and return address, and that’s what prints on the envelope.
Is my document secure and private?
Absolutely.
Your files are encrypted, never manually viewed, and automatically deleted after mailing.
We do not store or archive your documents.
How fast does the mail arrive?
Delivery depends on the option you choose:
Standard Mail: 1–5 business days
Certified Mail: USPS delivery times + tracking
Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
All orders uploaded before 3 PM ET are printed and mailed the same day.
Do you offer color printing?
Yes.
Color printing is available for an additional +$0.99 per letter.
Black & white printing is included for free.
Can I send multi-page documents?
Yes!
Each additional page over 3 pages is +$0.50.
Can I track my mail?
Tracking is included with:
Certified Mail
Priority Mail
Standard Mail does not include tracking, just like traditional USPS First-Class Mail.
Do you mail to PO Boxes?
Yes — all USPS services can be delivered to PO Boxes.
Can I upload any document type?
You can upload:
DOC/DOCX
PNG/JPG
For best results, PDFs are recommended.
Is this a subscription?
No.
You only pay for each letter you send.
