These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GhostPost Office™ website, including ghostpostoffice.com (“Site”), and all related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you (“User,” “Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
GhostPost Office™ is a U.S.-based mail facilitation service. We allow users to:
Upload documents securely
Submit sender and recipient information
Choose a mail class (Standard, Certified, Priority, etc.)
Have the document printed, prepared, and mailed from within the United States
GhostPost Office™ is not a government agency, not a USPS partner, and not a legal courier. We act solely as a private mail facilitator.
By using GhostPost Office™, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have legal authority to upload and send the documents you submit
You are not using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
You understand that all mailings originate from the United States
We reserve the right to deny service to any user for any reason.
You agree that:
All information you provide is accurate and complete
You will not upload illegal, harmful, or restricted content
You have permission to use the addresses provided
You will not impersonate another person or entity
You are fully responsible for the content of your documents
You acknowledge that we do not read, edit, or verify the accuracy of your documents except as necessary to confirm printability.
You may NOT submit documents that contain or promote:
Threats, harassment, or harmful intent
Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive material
Hate speech or abusive content
Illegal activities of any kind
Materials violating copyright or intellectual property laws
Court filings requiring physical signatures, notarization, or legal chain of custody
Anything that would violate U.S. federal, state, or USPS regulations
Violation may result in immediate denial of service and permanent account restriction.
GhostPost Office™ will:
Print your document(s) as provided
Place sender and return information on the envelope
Apply correct postage for the selected mail class
Deliver your mail to a U.S. postal facility or approved print/mail partner
Once we hand your letter to USPS (or a USPS-approved partner), delivery times are not guaranteed.
Standard Mail: 1–5 business days
Certified Mail: 2–7 business days
Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
These are estimates only; delays may occur due to weather, holidays, USPS operations, or other factors outside our control.
You are solely responsible for:
Proper formatting of addresses
Spelling, completeness, and accuracy
Choosing the correct mail class for your needs
GhostPost Office™ is not responsible for mail that is delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Recipient refusal
USPS operational issues
Recipient relocation
Incompatibility with apartment/PO boxes or international forwarding
Refunds will not be issued for user-entered address errors.
Uploaded documents are:
Stored securely
Used solely for printing and mailing
Not shared, sold, or reused
Deleted according to our retention policy
We may retain minimal mailing metadata (e.g., date mailed, address used) for legal compliance, accounting, or fraud prevention.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected mail class.

Additional page charges, if applicable
Optional tracking or add-on services
All charges are processed securely through Stripe (or successor processors).
GhostPost Office™ does not store full payment card details.
Once your document enters production (typically moments after submission):
Cancelling is not possible
Refunds are not available
Editing is not possible
This is because printing and mailing begin immediately to ensure fast turnaround.
If you purchase a tracking-enabled service:
Tracking numbers are provided when available
USPS tracking accuracy is outside our control
Not all updates appear immediately; delays are normal
Delivery confirmation does not guarantee recipient action
GhostPost Office™ does not guarantee USPS scanning or compliance.
GhostPost Office™ is not:
A law firm
A financial advisor
A notary service
A process server
A legal courier
We do not provide legal strategy, proof of service, notarization, or legal guarantees.
Sending a document through GhostPost Office™ does not constitute legal service of process.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
This includes:
Website downtime
Maintenance periods
Changes to pricing
Switching print partners or technologies
We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
GhostPost Office™ and JAS, LLC are not liable for:
Lost, delayed, or damaged mail
USPS scanning errors or failure to deliver
Incorrect addresses provided by you
Formatting issues caused by uploaded documents
Emotional, financial, or legal consequences of undelivered mail
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific mailing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAS, LLC, GhostPost Office™, its owners, employees, partners, and vendors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your document content
Your use of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of laws or regulations
Third-party claims related to mail you submitted
All branding, logos, graphics, text, and content on GhostPostOffice.com remain the exclusive property of JAS, LLC.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Resell
Republish
Distribute
any part of the Site without prior written consent.
We may integrate with or rely on:
Payment processors (Stripe)
Print & mail vendors (e.g., Click2Mail, Lob, or similar)
Hosting services
Analytics providers
Each has its own policies and terms. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or performance.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and stored.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
